Venue Lead Pro offers a mobile application (the “App”) available for download on the Apple iPhone App Store and the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to the use of the App, including but not limited to the terms provided by the respective app store platforms.
11.2 App Features
The App provides a mobile version of the Venue Lead Pro desktop application, including access to your Venue Lead Pro account, services, and tools. While the App offers many of the same features as the desktop version, some functionalities may differ or be limited on mobile.
11.3 License to Use the App
Venue Lead Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices that you own or control. You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App. The App is provided “as is,” and Venue Lead Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.
11.4 Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to the same Privacy Policy applicable to the Venue Lead Pro website. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. The App may require access to certain device permissions (e.g., location, notifications) to function properly.
